David White

Vice-President of Operations

David White brings to his current leadership role a rich and diverse background spanning nonprofit leadership, Christian ministry, K–12 educational administration, and small-business consulting. Throughout his career, he has worked in education administration, faith-based ministry, and business consulting, guiding teams, building systems, and providing practical support to individuals, families, and organizations. This breadth of experience gives him both strategic insight and a deep empathy for people who are navigating complexity and change. In his leadership positions, he has focused on designing and strengthening programs that promote long-term stability. He integrates service delivery, mentorship, education, and capacity-building in ways that empower individuals and families. His approach reflects a commitment to holistic, wraparound care that combines operational rigor with compassionate support. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Humanities with a minor in Biblical Studies, as well as a Master of Educational Leadership. He also has certifications in human resources, life coaching, and project, program, and portfolio management. Outside of his professional work, David enjoys sports, music, reading, and traveling. What brings him the most joy is spending time with his wife and four children.
