Mental Health & Wellness

Mental health is the foundation of our overall well-being—nurturing it allows us to show up fully in every part of our lives.

Our Therapy Services include:

One-on-one sessions to help individuals process challenges, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

Facilitated support groups where individuals can connect, share experiences, and learn together in a therapeutic setting.

Helping families improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships through guided conversation and collaboration.

Our on-site partner, House of Neighborly Service, provides specialized care in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) with mental health professionals.
