Beatrice Casas, Director of Administration

Beatrice Casas is the Director of Administration at SA Hope Center. She is currently enrolled in school pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Beatrice brings with her several years of experience as a Human Resource Recruiter where she would screen resumes, perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates, administered appropriate company assessments, performed reference and background checks. She also has experience as a Payroll Specialist, where she would process payroll using the administrative software, ensuring that all employees were paid for the hours that they worked and that all hours were accurate.  

Currently, Beatrice manages all functions related to business and financial operations at SA Hope Center, where she manages the financial entries and reporting, monitors the financial budget, keeps track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and processes reconciliations.

Growing up in the 78207-zip code, raised by her uneducated hard-working parents, and living in a home with a family of 8, she is very familiar with the constraints that come with living in a low-income environment. She prays that she can humbly share the love and hope of Christ, being a pillar of light to the families and individuals that we serve at SA Hope Center.
