Celina holds a degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Forensics and Law Enforcement from San Antonio College. She has 20 years of experience as a government employee, where she has worked in investigations, research, and with vulnerable populations. Celina enjoys watching ancient history period shows featuring kings and dragons and sparking heated discussions in book clubs.

Celina recognized the need to bridge the gap between the needs of the people and the various resources available in the city. This realization led her to her current role at the SA Hope Center. As an Outreach Specialist, Celina connects our clients to other collaborating local agencies to meet their needs. She also assures them that their situation is temporary and that they have options.
