Case Manager
SA Hope Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to join our team and help individuals and families move toward greater stability and self-sufficiency. This full-time position provides relationship-based, wrap-around case management, helping participants identify needs, connect with resources, and develop individualized goals. The position may be filled at either the Case Manager I or Case Manager II level, depending on education and experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. We are looking for someone who is organized, relational, mission-driven, and committed to empowering people experiencing poverty and crisis.
