Kris Rangel, MBA
Director of Business Operations
Kris brings with her over 28 years of extensive experience in HR, finance, tax compliance, immigration consulting, and global mobility. Her impressive background includes leadership roles at Rackspace, EY, Baker Hughes, and Mission Housing Management. With deep expertise in international HR, payroll compliance, and strategic operations, Kris is well-equipped to support and strengthen our organizational infrastructure as we grow.
Kris holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and a BA from The University of Texas at Austin. She’s also a passionate hiker and marathon runner (she’s even completed the Boston Marathon!), and she’s looking forward to getting married this December to her best friend.
